Which Type Of Colon Cleansing is Best?

Thursday, December 6th, 2007

The main function of the colon is to allow the absorption of nutrients and liquids into the human body. The colon is also supposed to assist in the elimination of toxic wastes through regular bowel movements. However when the situation arises that the colon and bowel becomes impacted through an accumulation of toxic wastes that are difficult if not impossible for the digestive system to handle efficiently then things can go rapidly wrong. The consequences of bowel impactation can be constant diarrhea, constipation, flatulence. The more serious ailments that can be brought on range from hemorrhoids, ulcerative colitis and up to colon cancer. Amongst the well known symptoms of a blocked colon are constant headaches, flatulence, bad breath, fatigue, bloating and susceptibility to infections.
Retained toxics, grease and undigested feces in the colon will lead to the absorption of toxins in the system, which can lead to the system being poisoned
In order to prevent such problems, the medical profession in whole recommends that the colon be regularly cleansed. Statistics show that the average adult carries around 10 kilos of compacted waste in their bowels at any time. To provide a serious boost to the colonic function the medical profession consistently states that it can only be beneficial to carry out a regular colon cleaning. The only debate is usually which of the five major methods of colon cleaning should be used. They are as follows:
• Colon Hydrotherapy (also know as colonic irrigations)
• Enemas
• Herbal supplements
• Laxatives
• Oxygen-based Cleansers

The majority of people opt for colon hydrotherapy, simply because it is the quickest and fastest method of flushing the colon. It is also agreed to be the most effective simply because it removes all that accumulation of waste matter from the colon. The other methods laid out may be more delicate and less expensive, but nothing produces immediate results and benefits that can be felt immediately then colon cleansing.

Look As Well As Your Dog By Keeping Your Colon Clean

Wednesday, December 5th, 2007

Anyone who knows anything about dogs, knows that the nest way to check the stake of his or her health is to run your hand across its nose or snout as it is known. It the snout is wet it is a sure sign that the dog is healthy and everything is functioning as it should be. There are also other external signs that a dog is healthy, if they is active or frisky or dull and lethargic, if their eyes are bright, and especially if their coats are sleek and shiny. A dog with a sleek and shiny coat is dog how is healthy. A dog that is healthy is a testament to their owners who make sure that they get the proper diet, not too much junk to eat and plenty of exercise which the average healthy dog will crave.

Fortunately, or unfortunately, whichever way you look at it human beings have neither snouts of furry coats. Despite that fact you can generally look at a human and see that all is not right with them of not. Their sky may look dry and pasty; it may even be spotty even though they are well passed their adolescent years. What does this usually indicate? That all is not well with their digestive system, and their colon and bowel may well be clogged up with an accumulation of undigested grease and toxins. This accumulation will have been usually brought about by a culmination of three factors.

1. A highly unhealthy diet based around fast foods and not drinking enough fresh water
2. Insufficient if not total lack of exercise.
3. Exposure to toxics in the air or cigarette smoke.

The only way a person can break free of this self imposed viscous circle of a poorly maintained digestive system is to begin a new healthy diet and exercise regime. The best way to signal the start of this new regime is having the colon thoroughly cleaning carried out. This will remove all the junk that is clogging up there and set this sickly looking individual looking live the human version of Lassie the wonder dog.

Your Colon Sends You Messages Through Unconventional Channels

Tuesday, December 4th, 2007

Unfortunately your colon can speak because if it could it would send you a variety of messages. These messages could run from: “Thank you for be so careful with your diet. The clean and healthy diet that you have adhered to, based on proteins such as fresh vegetables and fruits, chicken and fish and little or no red meat, especially fatty meat is making my job a lot easier.

The fact that you take regular exercise and drink a lot of fresh water makes it so easy that I feel so good all of the time. And when you have me flushed once a year it feels like my birthday present. Keep up the good work!” says the healthy colon. Or another could run “Hello up there! Are you on a suicide mission? This constant diet of grease and toxins is making my situation untenable.

And the fact that you rarely if ever take enough exercise or help me in any way to perform the important functions to keep your digestive system in order, then I will have to send you a series of messages to let you know that I am unhappy with your part of the arrangement. And remember that I am only doing this for your own welfare. Because if you continue to abuse your delicately balanced digestive system, the whole situation could rebound on you.”

So what does a colon do to send out signals that all is not well down below?
One sure signal is a sudden outbreak of spotty skin, usually on the face and sometimes on the back. Those of us that thought the adolescence was well behind them will receive a rude reminder that a blocked colon can cause just as a bad attack as any hormone. Other nasty side effects can be diarrhea, constipation or the most “in your face” symptom of them all; constant and ongoing flatulence. This is not only unpleasant it can also be highly embarrassing. A combined vocal and nasal attack on the senses.

So when we receive these warning messages, they should be immediately regarded as a signal to start anew on a new dietary and exercise regime. And to say thanks to the colon for letting you know that all was not right, then a good colon flushing is the nearest thing to a kind word you can give.

The Secret of Better Health Lies in the Colon

Monday, December 3rd, 2007

colon pictureThere is a well known saying that goes like “you can’t see the wood for the trees” Sometimes you can see a really healthy person with a well balanced system and it strikes you as being unusual. The reason is that there are not so many about these days.

The unhealthy diet and computer based internet orientated exercise program of the 21st century means that too many young people ever see the light of day, never mind go out for a long walk in it. So when you see a truly healthy person typified by clear skin, bright eyes, slim frame, upright posture, shiny hair and teeth and a pleasant and positive manner they really stand out. But the big news is that we were all supposed to look and act like that.

Not the overweight, sluggish and none too pleasant smelling individuals that our modern life style has turned us into. If we took a moment to discover what is the secret of these brimmingly healthy and not necessarily too young people healthy appearance. It is probably based around the fact that they lead healthy life styles.

They eat the right foods, usually a lot of fresh fruits and vegetable, protein rich and fat free. Fried food for them is not an option, and red meat does not appear anywhere on their menu. They drink a lot of fresh water to keep their colon flushed and prevent any build up around their bowels.

They breathe as much fresh air as they can, and take lots of long and refreshing walks in the country, instead of being cooped up in a smoke filled room either watching the television or playing on their computer. And nothing is surer that at least once a year, and usually in the spring time, they have their colon flushed just to make sure that everything in that sensitive region is as it should be. These are the people that we should all choose to emulate, and we should never forget that this life style is available to us all.

Colon Cleaning Should Signal the Start of a New Way of Life

Sunday, December 2nd, 2007

There are many people who believe that the average life consists of a series of episodes. Each episode has a beginning middle and an end, and the next episode is generated and begins as a result of an event or series of events that occurred in the previous episode.

Situations change, people move on, health, success, fame and fortune are all ingredients of the television series of life. The common thread that runs through our lives is our health as well as the health and well being of others. Sometimes during one of the episodes in our life we get a message that all is not well with our health or with the health of one of our loved ones, and we have to take a step to change the course of health and with the course of lives.

The body is the greatest non man-made alarm beacon. If something is not functioning the way it should it will rapidly begin to send out signals, and some of them can be pretty dramatic. If the digestive system is not functioning as it should, then the signals can be major to minor, and always unpleasant. When a person receives such a signal, and under the jurisdiction and care of their local doctor or health clinic they should take whatever steps necessary to make sure that whatever steps required to put things right with the colon and bowels should be taken, and with the minimum of delay.

Thankfully the majority of the problems in these areas can be taken care of and fairly simply and rapidly. A blocked colon is usually caused by the build up of toxins caused by a diet of greasy foods. The colon cannot absorb and digest the relatively significant quantities of toxins that can accumulate there, sometimes reaching weights of over 12 kilos (25 pounds).

What does the job quickly and effectively is colonic irrigation. All that excess and unnecessary weight can be flushed out in an hour or more, and the slate is wiped clean of that unwelcome baggage. However it does not mean that the episode ends there, and the poor colon is subjected again to similar abuse. This episode must mean the beginning of a new way of life, healthier and lighter, and one which will safeguard our health in the future.

Colon Cleaning Should Be Part of a Health Routine

Saturday, December 1st, 2007

colon cleansing exibitEvery citizen of the planet Earth has some kind of daily, monthly of annual routine that relates to our health. Thankfully over the last few years, the increased realization has fallen among many people and especially those in the western world that if we take care of our health it will take care of us in return.

Our bodies need a regular routine and do not deserve to be abused the way that some of us did and continue to do to this day. Every part of our body has a function, and no organ, limb or appendage is superfluous to requirements in the role of keeping this finely tuned engineering miracle running at full steam.

This revelation has stimulated an increased awareness of the need to keep our body in as good a condition as possible. Anything that we invest in it, with the aid of the many developments in medicine over the last few years, should give us a longer, healthier and better life.

One part of our body which has taken a hammering over the last few years is our digestive system. Our global obsession with fast food coupled with the effects of the internet revolution has caused a general depreciation in the way our digestive system operates. Our bodies were simply not designed to handle and absorb such vast quantities of undigested toxins and grease that a fast food diet constantly introduces into the digestive system. This junk mountain which can reach weights of 15 kilos or more will gradually close down the digestive system with possible catastrophic results.

The only way out of this viscous circle is to adjust our health routine. We need even to go full circle with it, both dietary and with the amount and type of exercise routine that we take. Working a computer mouse or remote control is not regarded as exercise, even though it may be very enjoyable to many of us.

What is required is a protein based diet coupled with long walks to get the system running as it should. The most important key to a new and improved health routine is to have the colon flushed, to bid farewell and not “be seeing you” to that huge parcel of gunk that you have been carrying around in your colon and bowels. Colon cleaning will be the foundation of a new health routine.
